In this exciting and versatile role, you will combine your technical and scientific know-how with your practical experience in the GxP environment, thus ensuring the professional operation and continuous development of our integrated quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 and GxP.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Junior Quality Manager:
Quality Management System:
- Creation and revision of QM documents and maintenance of the quality management system
- Support of the eDMS database and coordination of the revision/revision of local QMS documents
- Coordination of the implementation of global processes
Training:
- Implementation of QMS training and support for GMP/GDP-relevant training
- Preparation of the annual training plan and monitoring of implementation
- Support of the training platform
Changes and deviations:
- Initiation and follow-up of changes and events
- Support with CAPA definition and follow-up
Audits and Supplier Qualification:
- Support in annual audit planning
- Maintenance of global databases and
Returns and labeling orders:
- Coordination and assessment of returns
- Coordination and approval of labeling orders
Complaint Officer:
As a Complaint Officer, you will ensure that all product complaints are recorded, forwarded and investigated.
- Assessment of security relevance of complaints
- Evaluation of test results
- Timely entry of all complaints into the global system and sample dispatch as well as KPI evaluation
What you bring to the table
- Technical or scientific education
- First professional experience in the QM sector (< 2 years)
- Good IT skills
- Knowledge of the relevant legal bases (HMG, LMG, GxP, etc.)
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
