To strengthen our team at the Clinic for Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (Ward 15) at the Emil von Behring site in Berlin Zehlendorf, we are looking for you as Deputy Ward Manager (m/f/d)

What to expect

Support and representation of the ward management in the technical and organizational management of the nursing team
Ensuring professional, empathetic and evidence-based care in a varied, interdisciplinary environment
Promotion of an appreciative team culture, support of change processes and a source of inspiration for innovative care concepts
Interface between nurses, doctors, therapists and relatives with a clear view of processes and needs in the orthopaedic and trauma surgery field
Participation in trainings, further education and internal projects
Empathetic support and advice for patients and their relatives to ensure needs-oriented and appreciative care

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a nurse, ideally with further training as a ward manager or experience in a management position as well as knowledge of the relevant field of activity
Sound professional experience in nursing, preferably in the field of orthopaedics/trauma surgery
Proven leadership experience as well as the ability to inspire and nurture employees to achieve strong team dynamics and continuous development
High degree of empathy, structured way of working and clear communication to ensure optimal care for patients
Proof of legally required measles immunization
