To strengthen our practice team in the Medical Care Center at the Helios Clinic Wuppertal, we are looking for you as soon as possible as

MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) in the Department of Hematology and Oncology

full-time or part-time

What to expect

You will coordinate the appointments and treatment procedures for our patients and be the first point of contact for queries
You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
Your tasks will also include documenting treatment processes and patient data
After appropriate training, you will assist in diagnostics and therapy, such as immunotherapy/chemotherapy
In addition, you will act as a support in the billing of services (KV and private billing)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Practical experience or further training in oncology would be an advantage, but are not a prerequisite
You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients and their relatives
You are committed, have a high sense of responsibility and appreciate working in a motivated team
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
