As soon as possible, we are looking for an occupational therapist or physiotherapist (m/f/d) to take on a leading position for our dedicated team at the Center for Mental Health at the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig.

• They are the professional contact persons for occupational therapists and physiotherapists in adult psychiatry.
• Together with the medical management, you will be responsible for the organisation and coordination of specialist therapeutic processes in all areas of the clinic.
• They design the duty and vacation planning of employees and accompany job interviews.
• As a specialist contact person, you will be involved in the conceptual development of new therapeutic offers and support the implementation of innovative, multi-professional treatment concepts in adult psychiatry.
• They provide professional support in the practical vocational training and further education of new colleagues.

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a physiotherapist / occupational therapist with many years of professional experience and ideally a degree
• You are committed, a team player, have organizational skills and are characterized by a patient-oriented way of working
• You have a high level of expertise in the development and implementation of therapeutic concepts
• You have a friendly, confident demeanor and enjoy dealing with people and bring resilience and flexibility with you
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
