Klinik FIT is aimed at geriatric nurses and returnees/newcomers to nursing who would like to return to work after a break of several years.

At the Helios Park-Klinikum Leipzig we are looking for you as

geriatric nurse (m/f/d), nurse / nurse (m/f/d) or nurse (m/f/d)

• You will take over the care, care and monitoring of the patients entrusted to you
• Preparation and follow-up as well as assistance in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Support in nursing documentation / organization and assist with the admission, transfer and discharge of patients
• Independent work in one of our care teams
• Patient observation and implementation of professional digital care documentation

• You are a trained geriatric nurse, nurse, nurse, specialist nurse (m/f/d) or have a comparable professional title
• You enjoy changing areas of expertise and cross-departmental cooperation
• You have a high level of professional and social competence as well as independence
• You show a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
