For our Helios Clinic at the Hünfeld site, we are looking for an Assistant Physician Orthopedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d)

• Extensive integration into the workflows in the specialist department and in the central emergency room
• Implementation of diagnostic and therapeutic measures with the latest standards
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other specialist departments
• Active assignments in the operating room
• Participation in on-call duty

• Completed medical studies with recognized license to practice medicine
• Strong interest and enthusiasm in the entire field of orthopaedics, trauma surgery, sports traumatology
• Ability to work in a committed, team- and patient-oriented manner
• Polite and open-minded personality
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios St. Elisabeth Clinic Hünfeld is a modern acute care hospital. We care for our patients in the specialist departments of surgery (trauma surgery/orthopaedics and general and visceral surgery), internal medicine with an affiliated palliative care unit, ENT and anaesthesia. More than 8,000 inpatients are treated every year.

The Department of Surgery with 40 beds is run in a collegial system and is divided into the area of trauma surgery/orthopaedics/sports traumatology with endoprosthetics of the shoulder, hip and knee joints as well as a foot focus and the area of general and visceral surgery with minimally invasive surgery, goiter surgery, coloproctology with tumour surgery. The clinic is connected to a ZNA and DAV outpatient clinic. It has already been recertified as a local trauma center in the Trauma Network Hesse/Region East Hesse. The emergency doctor location is stationed at the house.
