In this role, you will actively shape the transformation agenda associated with the implementation of the Group strategy #FutureFresenius in the central Corporate Transformation department. They drive forward decisive initiatives that sustainably strengthen our strategic development, cultural orientation and organizational sustainability. Your contribution creates a visible impact – for managers, for our organization and for the transformation of the entire Fresenius Group.
Design and implementation of important transformation projects within the framework of #FutureFresenius in close cooperation with corporate functions and operating companies
Further development and anchoring of our corporate culture through Group-wide initiatives, methods and management tools
Participation in organizational development projects, including analysis, concept work and implementation
Support with strategic programs and prioritized change initiatives at the group level
Content and organizational preparation, planning and implementation of events for Group executives
Creation of concepts, decision templates and presentations for top management
Structured management of own work packages including coordination with various stakeholders
Successfully completed university degree in natural sciences, engineering, economics or a comparable field
Proven practical experience in strategy and transformation processes, ideally acquired in a leading strategy consultancy or a challenging corporate environment
Understanding of internal processes, instruments, systems and standards as well as motivation to actively develop them further
Experience in the design and support of change processes
Strong competence in project management for the independent management of company-wide initiatives
Excellent communication skills in German and English
Analytical thinking, quick comprehension and confident decision-making skills
