At the Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• Head of the Human Resources Management team at the clinic site
• Collaboration on strategic personnel projects in the clinic and across clinics in the Helios Region East
• Introduction and support of group-wide HR tools for further digitization and support of HR work
• Development and implementation of strategies for the recruitment of skilled workers and sustainable employee retention
• Advising the clinic management and managers on all personnel issues
• Constructive cooperation with the employee representatives

• A degree with a focus on human resources or a law degree or comparable training
• Relevant experience in human resources, preferably in healthcare
• Sound knowledge of labour and collective bargaining law as well as works constitution law and experience in dealing with co-determination bodies
• The ability to develop measures with foresight, to initiate and accompany change processes
• You are a skilled team player and you have strong communication and negotiation skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
