IT Supporter Field Service (m/f/d)

What to expect

Support and advice for users in the event of disruptions, questions, process and personnel changes
Service and development activities within the framework of a helpdesk system and centrally controlled standards
Installation and operation of PC, thin client and notebook workstations and peripherals, as well as standardized client management
Coordination and implementation of field service projects (e.g. station moves, Windows 11 rollout)
Creation and adaptation of updated operational and system documentation

What you bring to the table

Completed training or extensive professional experience with appropriate qualifications and in-depth knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (client and server side), Citrix XenApp administration, client management applications, ActiveDirectory, software distribution and virtualization of IT systems is desirable
Ideally, previous knowledge of IT in the healthcare sector and hospital environment
Routine in service activities and troubleshooting as well as the structured and organized handling of ticket and documentation systems
Friendly, solution-oriented communication and professional appearance
Class 3/B driving licence
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
