Nurse as Ward Manager (m/f/d)

• Taking over the nursing management of a ward
• Takeover of the professional and economic organization with the aim of providing the best possible patient- and process-oriented care
• Ensuring and further developing quality, structuring work processes
• Employee management and motivation, personnel scheduling and development
• Guidance of trainees and assumption of projects as part of the training

• Completed training as a nurse / nurse (m/f/d)
• Completed further training for the nursing management of an area as well as practical guidance in the hospital or the willingness to complete it
• First experience in a leading position in the nursing service desirable
• We require collegial cooperation with other departments of the facility and the clinic network as well as empathy towards our patients and relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
