Occupancy Management Employee (m/f/d)

For the Helios Klinikum Schwelm we are looking for an employee for occupancy management (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Control and coordination of inpatient bed occupancy, taking into account current capacities and emergency volumes
• Planning and coordination of elective admissions in close cooperation with the specialist departments
• Organization and moderation of the daily interdisciplinary bed conference
• Support of the Central Emergency Room team in the management of acute patients
• Interface management between medical departments, nursing services, center for social counseling and medical controlling

• Completed three-year training in the nursing sector
• Several years of professional experience in a clinical environment, ideally with knowledge of occupancy management
• Strong communication skills, decisiveness and confident appearance
• Ability to work in a team as well as a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint
