MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

What to expect

In our modern medical care centre with a focus on general practitioners and gynaecology, you will accompany the consultation hours, prepare examinations and treatments and provide patients with advice and support
In addition, you will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients during their stay in our practice as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
Your support is also required for functional diagnostics (e.g. ECG, blood pressure measurement, lung function tests) and for general laboratory activities (e.g. blood sampling)
Your diverse range of tasks will also include administrative activities such as the careful documentation of treatment processes, the recording of services and participation in the billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d), GuK / Nurse (m/f/d), Medical Assistant (m/f/d) or an equivalent training
Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in general practitioner and/or gynaecological care
You are characterized by a high degree of responsibility, organizational talent and empathy in dealing with patients
You enjoy real teamwork and cultivate a careful and patient-oriented way of working
You have good IT skills and are proficient in the use of practice software programs, appointment management tools and billing systems (EBM/GOÄ) - alternatively, you are willing to familiarize yourself quickly with this
Knowledge of blood sampling, vaccinations and laboratory tests is an advantage
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
