Nurse Palliative Care Service (m/f/d)

At the Helios Clinic in Plauen, we are looking for you as a nurse in the palliative care service (m/f/d) part-time from Monday to Friday from 01.07.2026.

• Holistic basic and treatment care
• Initial consultations and specialised assessment of the care situation
• Advice to relieve symptoms (e.g. pain, shortness of breath)
• Guidance and support for patients, relatives and care teams
• Creation and adaptation of individual palliative care plans
• Coordination and documentation of care as well as psychosocial support

• Completed, state-recognized training as a nurse (m/f/d)
• Specialisation through further training in the field of palliative care
• At least six months of hands-on experience in palliative care
• Ability to work well together in an interdisciplinary team
• Empathetic and safe communication with patients and relatives
• Existing legally required proof of measles immunity
