As soon as possible, we are looking for you as a Medical Documentalist (m/f/d) for the Tumor Center.

What to expect

The data collection and encryption of medical information relevant to tumor documentation and cancer registration
The application of different medical order systems and current guidelines
The evaluation of data sets as well as the preparation of documented information (e.g. certification applications)
Processing inquiries from external institutions (e.g. German Cancer Society, Association of German Tumor Centers, OnKoZert, KKR-MV)
The preparation of tumor boards, communication with external cooperation partners or physicians in private practice and LÄ
The data entry of working hours into the KH-specific software, assistance in the compilation and archiving of documents as well as support in the organization of training courses and conferences

What you bring to the table

A completed training as a medical documentalist (m/f/d) or IT or related field
Experience in documenting data related to oncological diseases as well as in dealing with a documentation system
Knowledge of medical terminology
Knowledge of database structures and management as well as MS Office programs
Communication skills in conveying information from all professional groups involved
Ability to work in a team, initiative as well as independent, committed and goal-oriented action
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
