We are looking for you at the Helios Parkklinikum as soon as possible as a nurse / nurse / nursing specialist / nursing specialist (m/f/d) in the function of nursing expert (m/f/d)

with approx. 20 to 30 % leave of absence for work as a nursing expert & approx. 70 to 80 % assignment as a nursing specialist.

• You will be responsible for carrying out nursing and process rounds
• You will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement in the quality of care
• You will be responsible for the planning and implementation of care projects across wards and hospitals
• You are responsible for the evaluation of nursing measures and concepts in the context of your ward work
• You will support your colleagues both in highly complex care situations and in developing their nursing expertise

• You have completed vocational training as a nurse (m/f/d) and ideally a bachelor's degree with a nursing focus or the willingness to complete such a course.
• You are characterized by in-depth expertise
• You have a strong interest in working in a multi-professional team and networked action
• They are characterized by a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
• You are willing to work in an interdisciplinary team
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
