Performance Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time, with the option of mobile working.

What to expect

You will be responsible for the strategic management and continuous optimization of our digital measures and campaigns in the area of Paid Social and SEA
You develop tailor-made meta-; LinkedIn; and TikTok campaigns that not only perform, but also inspire patients and potential employees for Helios
You will analyze and improve campaign setups, ad texts, visuals, target groups and keyword sets – and incorporate the results into real-time dashboards and reports
You will create various online marketing materials with our graphics team to further increase performance and support our team in project management
You coordinate our agency and freelancers in the areas of copywriting, design and performance marketing – and ensure a smooth, cooperative partnership
You recognize new trends and internal potential at an early stage and want to implement creative ideas hands-on with us

What you bring to the table

You have a degree in marketing, communication, business administration marketing or a comparable field or an apprenticeship and have several years of professional experience in performance marketing
You work analytically and on the basis of numbers and KPIs. You will incorporate learnings directly into the measures and campaigns
You are confident in text, creative and have a good feel for graphics and layouts
You are a team player, open to feedback and deal constructively with successes as well as failures
A "hands-on mentality", high self-motivation and enthusiasm round off your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
