We are looking for a Head of Endoscopy (m/f/d) for our clinic in Pirna as of 01.06.2026.

• Team Leadership: Leadership, motivation and further development of the endoscopic team
• Process organization: Ensuring smooth processes in day-to-day business, including emergency management and coordination of personnel and material resources
• Quality and hygiene standards: Responsibility for compliance with care, hygiene and documentation guidelines
• Patient care: Professional care, advice for patients and relatives, and implementation of endoscopic activities
• Personnel management: Participation in personnel development and creation of duty rosters
• Administration: Assumption of organizational and administrative tasks to support the smooth running of operations

• Qualification: Completed training as a nurse, medical assistant or surgical assistant (OTA/ATA)
• Continuing education: Completed or imminent specialist training in endoscopy
• Professional experience: Sound practical experience in the endoscopic field
• Leadership experience: Experience in a managerial or deputy position is an advantage
• Personal strengths: Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and willingness to undergo continuous training
• Immunization: Proof of the legally required measles vaccination
