Research Associate (m/f/d)

We are looking for you as a Research Associate (m/f/d) in the Berlin/Leipzig area as soon as possible

• Collaboration in the conception, preparation and implementation of research projects in the field of health and health services research
• Development of new project ideas including structuring of work packages and coordination with internal and external project participants
• Conception of project designs, selection of suitable methods as well as planning and implementation of fieldwork
• Implementation and methodological support of innovation and design thinking projects (e.g. interviews, observations, group discussions, co-creation formats)
• Analysis, preparation and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data for the derivation of scientific findings and identification of potentials
• Organisation, timely implementation of work packages as well as preparation of project documentation, reports and presentations tailored to the target group

• Completed university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in a relevant field, e.g. natural sciences, public health, social sciences, psychology, nursing sciences, design or innovation research or a comparable discipline
• First practical experience in the implementation of research projects, especially in the field of qualitative and/or quantitative health research
• Strong communication skills and moderation skills (e.g. workshops, co-creation formats)
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinary thinking
• Very good knowledge of German and good English, both written and spoken
