Process and Quality Management Employee (m/f/d)

We are looking for you at the Helios Clinic in Berlin-Buch as an employee Process and Quality Management (m/f/d) - full-time (38.5 h / week)

• Support in the further development of quality management and associated processes
• Participation in the planning and coordination of quality assurance measures
• Receiving, processing and documenting complaints and suggestions from patients and relatives
• Collaboration on projects and their implementation
• Support and follow-up of internal and external audits within the framework of professional certifications and according to DIN ISO 9001:2015
• Close cooperation within the team and with the department management

• Completed training or studies, ideally in healthcare, quality management or comparable discipline
• Experience in complaint and/or quality management, preferably in the hospital environment
• Analytical thinking, organizational talent and structured way of working
• Strong communication skills, empathetic appearance towards patients, relatives and colleagues
• Confident handling of MS Office, relevant QM software as well as good written and oral communication skills, including knowledge of relevant standards and guidelines
• Proof of legally required proof of measles immunization
