What to expect

Coordination and annual documented inventory of the clinic's stocks, as well as best-before date audit
Receipt of goods and demand-optimized distribution to the individual hospital areas as well as replenishment of material goods on the wards and monthly expiry controls
Documented returns management, returns and complaint processing including registration and processing
Updating and maintenance of labels according to the module supply, e.g.: label replacement, notification of cabinet change on station
Monitoring and distribution of deliveries within the company in cooperation with the supply management as well as cooperation in the continuous process optimization in the field of activity
Independent flexible time management according to the requirements of the areas as well as implementation of occupational safety, environmental protection and hygiene guidelines

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a nursing assistant, nursing assistant, emergency paramedic, paramedic or medical assistant (m/f/d)
You are interested in logistics and have an understanding of the clinic's processes
You have a structured, reliable working style
You have good PC skills
You are an organizational talent and stand out with your commitment
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
