For our patient service center (including hospital social services) at the Krefeld location, we are looking for you as an employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible on a part-time basis (22.72 hours per week), limited as a sick replacement.

• Implementation of competent and needs-oriented counselling and assistance services in the context of inpatient and outpatient treatment
• Identification of suitable care services for our patients and their relatives
• Referral to external self-help and cooperation institutions

• Completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) / nurse (m/f/d) or equivalent medical training
• Desirable: A completed further training as a case manager (m/f/d) or a degree in social work or social pedagogy
• Creative, committed and motivated personality
• High degree of personal responsibility, teamwork and cooperation skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
