MFA / Medical Assistant - General Practice (m/f/d)

full-time or part-time

What to expect

They welcome our patients and look after them during their stay in our MVZ
You will support us in appointment management at the registration and ensure that the practice runs smoothly
They accompany the consultation hours and take over the preparation of general medical examinations and treatments
Your support is also required for functional diagnostics (e.g. ECG, blood pressure measurement, lung function tests, etc.) and for general laboratory activities
Your diverse range of tasks will also include administrative activities such as the careful documentation of treatment processes, service recording and changing patient status
In addition, you will support the billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
Ideally, you have experience in general medical care
An empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients is a matter of course for you
You enjoy real teamwork and cultivate a careful and patient-oriented way of working
You are open to new ideas and are interested in professional training and further education
Good knowledge of the use of the PC and IT-supported processes rounds off your profile
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
