As soon as possible, we are looking for exactly you as a Departmental Nursing Service Manager for the somatic area at Helios Kliniken Schwerin.

• As a higher-level manager, you will be responsible for several wards and report directly to the nursing management
• Together with the ward managers, you will pursue the goal of optimising the quality of care, promoting staff development, ensuring economic efficiency and creating synergies across wards
• By taking on focus areas, you will deepen your skills and contribute to the optimization of cross-hospital processes
• By working together across wards, you strengthen cohesion and employee loyalty

• Successfully completed training as a nurse (m/f/d) preferably paired with several years of management experience or a degree in nursing management (or comparable)
• Leadership skills: A motivating and proactive leadership style
• Commitment to optimize the quality of care according to expert standards and to involve your teams in this process
• Reliability, flexibility, commitment, resilience and a high degree of responsibility round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
