Your tasks:
- Assumption of planning and project management services for construction projects and personnel responsibility
- Organisation and coordination of the construction of new buildings and extensions
- Implementation of projects from preliminary planning to handover to the client
- Scheduling, cost control, contract, claim and receivables management
- Monitoring of the valid quality guidelines
- Execution and support of public and restricted tenders
- Planning services according to HOAI
What you bring to the table:
- A successfully completed engineering degree, e.g. in the fields of architecture or civil engineering, or a comparable technical education (construction technician)
- Professional experience desirable
- A dedicated leader with extensive technical expertise
- Knowledge of the legal basis in the law on contracts for work and services, the HOAI, the AHO and the VOB
- Confident handling of the relevant office, scheduling and AVA, CAD programs (MS Office, MS Project, ORCA, Allplan)
- Class B driving licence and willingness to travel
