With immediate effect, we are looking for you as a specialist (m/f/d) in urology for our Helios Vogtland Clinic in Plauen.Recruitment takes place from Monday to Friday on full-time day duty.

You will manage the department in close cooperation with the chief physician
You will represent the subject area in everyday practice professionally, organizationally and scientifically
You will use your in-depth knowledge and pass it on in a structured way
They shape the team with a high degree of collegiality and sensitivity

What you bring to the table

You are a specialist (m/f/d) and have experience in the organization of a surgically and diagnostically oriented department
An additional designation "drug tumor therapy" and/or "andrology" is desirable
You have surgical experience in robotics and/or laparoscopy
You are surgically independent and confident in the endoscopic surgical spectrum of urology
Willingness to undergo professional training
Participation in the department's on-call service
You are characterized by a committed, open-minded and responsible personality and ensure the care of our patients and their relatives with ideas and creativity, based on professional and social competence
You are welcome to expand your competence according to your own ideas with the support of our low-hierarchy team
You have a high degree of collegiality, sensitivity and role model function
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
