What to expect

Support of the nursing director and the 1st deputy nursing director in the planning, control and safeguarding of the qualified nursing and functional areas
Participation in budgeting, cost and resource control in the nursing service
Collaboration in personnel development, further education and training, supervision and interdisciplinary cooperation
Representation of the nursing department in departmental and management teams
Joint responsibility for personnel conception, duty planning, induction of new employees and mentoring
Promoting a positive work culture, employee retention and willingness to innovate

What you bring to the table

Completed 3-year training as a nurse (m/f/d) and ideally additional management or leadership training
Several years of relevant management experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in inpatient care or hospital operations management
Sound knowledge of quality of care, hygiene management, personnel development, budgeting and process optimization
Strong leadership and communication skills as well as motivating and empathetic leadership
Resilience, organizational skills and strategic thinking
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
