Ideal for nurses, nurses or orthopaedics/traumatology specialists.

• Together with the ward management, you will manage Ward 2K (OTZ), organize the interdisciplinary treatment process and implement the company's goals.
• You will have personnel responsibility for the nursing team, including duty scheduling and absence management.
• You will support, promote and develop your employees professionally .
• You will ensure evidence-based nursing care based on current expert standards (orthopaedics / traumatology / geriatric traumatology / pain centre), including correct documentation and coding.
• You will work on the further development and implementation of specific care concepts .
• They take part in interdisciplinary meetings on behalf of the nursing team and pass on relevant information to the nursing team.
• You will promote an open, constructive error and feedback culture within the team.

• You have completed training as a nurse and have completed or planned further training as a ward manager (alternatively, a corresponding degree)
• You will shape change processes in a structured and future-oriented manner
• You think analytically and networked and have strong organizational skills
• You have an appreciative, employee-oriented management style
• You are characterized by the ability to work in a team, the ability to deal with conflicts and assertiveness
• You have motivation and personal aptitude for a management position
