Controller (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Junior / Senior Controller (m/f/d) full-time or part-time as a parental leave replacement until 31.01.2027 for our Helios Park-Klinikum / Herzzentrum Leipzig location as soon as possible.

• Collaboration in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements as well as business plans
• Continuation and further development of the reporting system
• Monitoring of cost and revenue developments and derivation of suggestions for improvement
• Technical support of the management as well as the assumption of business management projects
• Collaboration in regional projects and controlling support of other Helios clinics in the Helios Region East
• Analyzing and preparing data from the business environment of a clinic, comparing data/benchmarking

• Interest in figures and business relationships between hospital businesses and the healthcare sector
• Completed university degree in business administration or comparable training
• Professional experience in the field of controlling and accounting, ideally in the healthcare sector
• High degree of reliability, high commitment and sense of responsibility as well as reliability, punctuality and teamwork
• Good command of MS Office as well as initial experience with SAP, knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and PowerPoint
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
