For our location at the Helios Clinic Berlin-Buch, we are looking for you to strengthen our team as a full-time or part-time physiotherapist in geriatrics (m/f/d).

• Physiotherapeutic diagnostics & therapy: You will recognise findings in the inpatient area and develop individual treatment plans.
• Carry out individual and group therapies: You will design varied therapy sessions – personally and in a group.
• Guidance & advice: You will accompany relatives professionally and support them in home care.
• Advice and supply of medical aids: You will provide targeted advice on suitable aids and arrange for them to be made available.
• Interprofessional cooperation: You will actively network with all relevant departments for holistic patient care.
• Provide study and project support: You will be involved in exciting, interprofessional projects and promote innovation processes.

• Completed training: You are a state-approved physiotherapist – career starters and graduates of training years are expressly welcome.
• Commitment & empathy: You have professional and social skills, enjoy and show above-average commitment in dealing with severely affected patients.
• Ability to work in a team and cooperation: You strengthen interprofessional cooperation in the healthcare network through your communicative personality.

• Attractive remuneration: Collectively remunerated in accordance with the collective agreement, comparable to TV-öD.
• Reliable duty planning: Duty roster is written 6 weeks in advance, no late shifts – fixed shifts from 07:00 or 09:00 (individual arrangement), part-time or full-time – mini-job or pure weekend shifts are also possible.
• Professional freedom during treatment times: Unlike in normal practice, treatment takes place for 30 minutes in geriatrics - in this unit, the therapists can work independently in terms of content in the interests of the patient's well-being.
• Flat hierarchies & open communication: The team leader is always available – for suggestions, concerns or criticism – and is also available after work.
