For our Berlin-Buch location, we are looking for you to strengthen our team as aphysiotherapist (m/f/d) with immediate effect.

• Occupation-specific diagnostics and therapy in the inpatient sector
• Implementation of individual and group therapies
• Guidance and advice for relatives
• Advice on medical aids and care
• Interprofessional cooperation with all departments
• Support for various interprofessional projects

• You have successfully completed your studies or vocational training as a state-approved physiotherapist (m/f/d)
• In addition to your professional and social skills, you enjoy and have above-average commitment in dealing with severely affected patients
• As a friendly person with a high degree of flexibility and commitment, you are welcome
• Language skills B2 level
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• Attractive remuneration: There is non-tariff remuneration.
• Reliable duty planning: Duty roster is written 6 weeks in advance, no late shifts – fixed shifts from 07:00 or 09:00 (individual arrangement), part-time or full-time – mini-job or pure weekend shifts are also possible.
• Flexible overtime: Services (4 hours each) on approx. 1–2 Saturdays/month and 1–2 Sundays/year (plus public holidays), overtime is credited to the hourly account and can be reduced on a daily basis if the duty roster is suitable.
• Professional freedom during treatment times: Unlike in normal practice, treatment takes place for 30 minutes in geriatrics – in this unit, the therapists can work independently in terms of content in the interests of the patient's well-being.
• Flat hierarchies & open communication: The team leader is always available – for suggestions, concerns or criticism – and is also available after work.
• Funding & Continuing Education: Tuition fees + time transfer, structured continuing education catalogue, regular further training for professional and personal development.
