Your tasks:
Actively advise our patients on the selection of suitable nutritional drinks and supplements and accompany the ordering processes.
Determine the status by telephone and document important information for follow-up orders.
Initiate orders by checking stock levels and coordinating appointments.
Create and send prescription recommendations to prescribing doctors.
Proactively control complication management and adjust treatment plans as necessary after consultation with treating physicians.
Work closely with your line manager and the interfaces in the Homecare and Billing Management field service.
Bring initial professional experience in a medical or nursing environment.
Use your market knowledge and your knowledge of the outpatient care structure and the reimbursement of products and services in the homecare market to provide our patients with the best possible support.
