At the Helios Klinikum Duisburg - Marien Klinik location - we offer you a full-time position as a nurse for our Clinic for Psychiatry, Psychotherapy and Gerontopsychiatry (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What to expect

Professional, activating care and support of patients in acute mental or psychiatric crises, taking into account the individual treatment plan
Active participation in the psychotherapeutic treatment process as well as support in therapeutic offers and group activities
Creation and promotion of a stable therapeutic milieu with clear daily structures and everyday activities
Supporting patients in developing coping strategies and promoting independence
Close cooperation with all professional groups involved in the treatment process
Participate in team meetings and ensure transparent information sharing
Care documentation and compliance with nursing and legal standards
Use in a three-shift system
Assumption of on-call duties

What you bring to the table

A completed vocational training as a registered nurse (m/f/d)
Interest in working in a psychotherapeutic setting and in relationship-oriented care
Organizational and communication skills
Flexibility, resilience and an independent way of working
A safe and empathetic approach to patients
Willingness to actively participate in therapeutic processes
Good IT skills
Economic thinking and acting as well as commitment and creativity
