Helios MVZ Schleswig GmbH is looking for a supra-regional MVZ manager (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time, permanent employment as soon as possible.

• Coordination and control of several MVZ locations
• -Ensuring efficient workflows, resource planning and quality standards nationwide
• Technical management of the local MVZ managers and teams
• Optimization of processes and structures
• -Analysis of existing processes, identification of potential for improvement and implementation of efficient solutions
• Quality management and compliance with legal requirements
• -Monitoring compliance with hygiene regulations, data protection, occupational health and safety as well as internal QM standards
• Project work and cross-site implementations
• -Accompaniment of projects such as digitization,
• Communication with management and external partners
• -Reporting, participation in management meetings, as well as management of service providers and cooperation partners

• Completed training in the healthcare sector with further training as an MVZ manager (m/f/d) or studies in health management
• Several years of experience in MVZ management, ideally across locations
• Sound knowledge of personnel management, billing and MVZ organization
• Confident handling of MVZ software and MS Office
• Strong communication skills, organizational skills and willingness to travel
• Independent, solution-oriented and structured way of working
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
