To strengthen our practice team at the Medical Care Center in Markranstädt, we are looking for you as of 01.06.2026 as

MFA / Medical Assistant / Medical Assistant (m/f/d)

full-time.

• Organization of registration, including reception and care of patients as well as coordination of appointments and practice processes
• Assistance during consultation hours, e.g. preparation of the treatment rooms and support of the doctors during the examination
• Assumption of administrative tasks such as writing doctor's letters, maintenance and updating of patient data as well as appointment management
• Performing service recording as well as maintaining and updating patient status in the system
• Preparation and processing of statutory health insurance and private invoices (including quarterly statements) as well as organisation and ordering of materials

• Completed training as an MFA / medical assistant or comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in the outpatient sector (e.g. EBM billing), but also suitable for career starters
• Ability to work in a team and reliable cooperation
• High level of responsibility, flexibility and commitment
• Friendly manners and empathetic treatment of patients
• Openness to new things, willingness to learn and measles immunization detection
