In order to take the external image of the Helios Cluster Lower Rhine, consisting of our nine clinics in and around Krefeld, Oberhausen and Duisburg as well as Lengerich (outside the cluster) to the next level and to accompany important change projects strategically and communicatively, we are looking for the next possible

Marketing & Corporate Communications Officer (m/f/d)

full-time (40h/week).

What to expect

You will be responsible for public relations, internal communications and press relations and coordinate all publicity activities for patients, staff and referring physicians
You will play a key role in cultural change, digitization and the further development of hospitals and align the marketing strategy with the corporate strategy
The planning and responsibility of the marketing budget will be just as much a part of your tasks as the monitoring of relevant KPIs and their evaluation
You will advise the management as well as the chief physicians and department heads on all communication and marketing inquiries and manage their strategic and operational communication measures
Implementing, adapting and rolling out corporate campaigns at the locations as well as developing local content for functional areas (news room) or for local PR
Organization and support of events

What you bring to the table

You have a degree in communication/media science, business administration with a focus on marketing or a comparable degree
You have several years of professional experience, ideally in the healthcare industry
You convince with diplomatic skills, assertiveness and strategic thinking and action
You are imaginative and an inspiring personality
A high degree of reliability, flexibility and resilience, a high level of commitment, a sense of responsibility and decision-making skills
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
