To strengthen our team at the Vorsfelde Medical Care Centre in Wolfsburg, we are looking for you as an MFA / Medical Assistant (m/f/d) for the Department of Gynaecology as soon as possible and on a part-time basis

What to expect

You will be responsible for welcoming and caring for patients as well as managing appointments at the registration desk
You will ensure that the practice runs smoothly and contribute to the organisation and optimisation of internal processes
They support us in the preparation of examinations and treatments and accompany the consultation hours
Electronic data management as well as the maintenance and management of patient files will also be part of your area of responsibility
You will work closely together in a team of medical assistants (m/f/d) and specialists and work together to ensure the best possible patient care
In addition, you will support the recording and billing of services provided (EBM / GOÄ)

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
Ideally, you have already gained (initial) experience in the outpatient sector
You have a high sense of responsibility and convince with your social skills and your empathetic approach to patients
You have good PC skills and experience in dealing with IT-supported processes or are willing to quickly acquire missing knowledge
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
