Payroll Administrator / Payroll Accountant (m/f/d)

What you can expect

The legally compliant recording of payroll-relevant employee master data and employee movement data
Responsible for the preparation and implementation of plausibility checks and the execution of payroll accounting as well as all downstream pay issues
Acting as a competent point of contact for employee services, related internal departments within the Group and public authorities
Cooperative involvement in company audits and annual financial statements

What you bring with you

A completed commercial, HR or business administration apprenticeship or a comparable qualification
Relevant professional experience in payroll accounting and initial experience of working within service center structures
Profound knowledge of social security, payroll tax and collective bargaining law
Confident use of MS Office tools, especially Excel, ideally knowledge of P&I LOGA
Very good analytical skills, loyalty, commitment and ability to work in a team and enjoy new challenges
A service-oriented and communicative attitude and a confident manner as well as a high level of social skills
You can provide proof of immunization against measles
