We are looking for you as a full-time or part-time nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse / medical assistant / nurse in the wound team (m/f/d) as soon as possible

We are an experienced team for chronic wounds and wound management. We accompany patients holistically from diagnostics to post-hospital wound care, thus sustainably improving their quality of life. Our tasks include wound consultation hours and clinic internal wound rounds, Monday to Friday in regular service.

What to expect

You will be responsible for the processing of wound consultations as well as the accompaniment and guidance of wound rounds
You will be responsible for monitoring wound documentationYou will provide training for nursing and medical staff and support the wound experts in the respective departments
Your area of responsibility will include the assessment of the risk of pressure ulcers, the corresponding documentation control as well as quality assurance and improvement
You will provide nursing assistance in the implementation of vascular diagnostics
You will be responsible for the implementation of the current prevalence results and, as a contact person, maintain a regular and interdisciplinary exchange with the outpatient and inpatient areas

What you bring to the table

You are a registered nurse / nurse / geriatric nurse / medical assistant (m/f/d) and have several years of professional experience
You have the degree of "wound expert" or are willing to complete this further training
You are characterized by a high level of professional and social competence as well as independence
Your strengths include a sense of responsibility, commitment and team spirit
You have a good command of MS Office (e.g. Word and Excel)
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
