We are looking for you as a commercial controlling employee (m/f/d) for Helios Klinik Cuxhaven GmbH as soon as possible.

• Preparation and analysis of monthly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of economic planning
• Preparation of regular reports and profitability analyses
• Preparation and support of the remuneration negotiation with the health insurance companies
• Continuation and further development of the internal reporting system as well as preparation of evidence within the framework of legal requirements
• Close cooperation with the clinic management and interface areas such as medical controlling and personnel controlling

• Completion of a business administration degree or comparable training, preferably with a focus on health science/health economics
• Professional experience in the field of commercial controlling in a hospital
• Sound knowledge in the field of hospital financing (KHEntG, BPflV, PEPP)
• Above-average commitment and interest in the development of innovative solutions as well as strong analytical thinking skills with a good understanding of numbers as well as a structured and result-oriented way of working
• Reliability, flexibility, commitment, resilience and a high degree of responsibility round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
