What to expect

Telephone patient coordination and appointment management at the registration desk are part of your area of responsibility
Through your cooperation, you ensure that the practice runs smoothly
You will look after our patients before, during and after the consultation hours
They assist with diagnostics and therapy and, after appropriate training, take over e.g. blood sampling, lung function tests, infusions, ECG ́s, vaccinations, etc.
You will support the recording of services as well as the statutory health insurance and private health insurance billing and have appropriate expertise in the field of pneumology

What you bring to the table

You have completed vocational training as an MFA / medical assistant (m/f/d), medical assistant (m/f/d) or equivalent training
You have already gained experience in the outpatient sector
Ideally, you have billing knowledge in the statutory health insurance and private health insurance sector, preferably pneumology
You like to work in a team where you can rely on each other, are open to new things and have a cooperative attitude
You have good manners and an empathetic approach to patients
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
