We are looking for you as a simulation instructor (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

What to expect

Actively shape the continuous development of the clinical emergency competence of our teams. Her areas of focus include:
Planning, implementation and follow-up of interdisciplinary simulation training (e.g. shock room, emergency and resuscitation training)
Organization and implementation of certified AHA courses (ACLS, PALS, BLS if applicable) in the function of AHA Training Site Coordinator
Facilitating evidence-based debriefings with a focus on communication, teamwork and patient safety
Participation as a lecturer in selected training, further education and training formats, such as triage courses or specialist training
Optional: Collaboration in the central emergency room to maintain clinical practice relevance

What you bring to the table

Completed vocational training as a nurse, emergency paramedic, paramedic or a comparable medical qualification
Ideally, specialist training in intensive care and anaesthesia nursing or emergency nursing
Qualification or proven experience in clinical simulation training, e.g. as a certified simulation instructor (m/f/d)
American Heart Association Instructor Certification (ACLS/BLS/PALS)
Confident appearance and didactic skills in leading interprofessional teams
Organizational skills and enjoyment of planning and implementing training programs as well as technical understanding and skill
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
