We are looking for you for the day shift at the Helios Park-Klinikum - as a medical assistant, medical assistant or nurse.

Whether part-time or full-time: Bring your experience and commitment to us and support our team in patient care.

What to expect

You will take over the administrative admission of our inpatients - friendly, service-oriented and careful.
You will record and maintain patient data in the hospital information system and support documentation during the course of treatment.
They coordinate appointments and procedures relating to examinations, treatments as well as admissions, transfers and discharges.
They are the first point of contact at the patient reception desk and ensure professional and empathetic contact with patients and relatives.
They prepare medical examinations before and after and take on medically delegated tasks, such as blood samples and ECG writing.
They work Monday to Friday in the early and intermediate shift between 6:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. - without weekend shifts.

What you bring to the table

You have completed training as a medical assistant or medical assistant (MFA).
You have experience at the patient reception / counter - organization and communication are among your strengths.
Even with higher patient volumes, you work in a structured and reliable manner.
When dealing with patients and relatives, you appear friendly and confident.
You are a team player and actively participate in improvement processes.
The legally required proof of your measles immunity is available or will be submitted promptly.
