To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Management of the Human Resources Management department, including responsibility and control of the strategic and operational organization of all HR-related processes
• Advising the clinic management and managers on human resources and employment law issues
• Close cooperation with the employee representatives
• Process optimization through planning and control of workflows as well as optimization of processes and structures
• Development and implementation of strategies for the recruitment of skilled workers and sustainable employee retention

• A successfully completed degree with a focus on human resources or a law degree or comparable training
• Relevant experience in human resources, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Sound and successfully applied knowledge of labour, collective bargaining and works constitution law
• Project experience around the topics of duty roster and time management
• The strong ability to develop forward-looking measures and to initiate and accompany change processes
• Successfully proven communication and negotiation skills in your role as a manager and motivator as well as a team player
