Your tasks:
- Prevention & Advice: You will take on the function of a safety specialist in accordance with the ASchG and look after our customers independently – with a clear focus on healthcare facilities
- As a central contact person, you will advise internal and external stakeholders on all issues relating to occupational safety and work proactively with the responsible authorities
- They deal with accidents at work, near misses and critical incidents and derive effective preventive measures from them
- You will organize and accompany legally required occupational health and safety committee meetings (ASA) as well as safety committees at our customers
- You will create and maintain modern training documents and confidently carry out instructions, coaching as well as inspections and audits
- You will ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations and relevant review deadlines, create and update site-specific legal and assessment registers and promote the consistent follow-up of corrective measures
- You will carry out inventories of new customers, identify potential for further consulting services and support the introduction and support of management systems (z.B. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, EMAS) by preparing relevant documentation and accompanying audits
What you bring to the table:
- You have completed technical training with basic commercial knowledge as well as training as a safety specialist (in accordance with the SFK Regulation)
- Relevant professional experience, ideally in the healthcare sector would be an advantage
- We require sound knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the field of occupational safety (ASchG, AStV, VOPST, VGÜ, etc.).
- You are proficient in the common MS Office applications and work in a structured, analytical manner and with a high level of initiative.
- As a strong communicator, you convince with a confident appearance, diplomatic skills and assertiveness at all hierarchical levels
- The willingness to make regular business trips within Austria as well as flexibility in terms of time round off your profile
