To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Senior Physician Central Emergency Room (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

• Initiation and monitoring of primary medical care for surgical emergency patients in the outpatient and inpatient sector
• Treatment of acute clinical pictures such as trauma, injuries, acute abdomen and other emergency surgical indications
• Organisation and control of patient flows in close cooperation with the specialist departments of the hospital as well as the doctors and emergency services in private practice
• Further development and organization of patient care processes, especially with regard to emergency surgery processes
• Guidance and supervision of assistant physicians as well as promotion of young surgeons
• Active participation in the development of treatment concepts in emergency and acute surgery

• Specialist (m/f/d) in surgery (e.g. general, visceral, trauma surgery or orthopaedics and trauma surgery)
• In-depth experience in emergency care
• Strong performance and leadership skills as well as decision-making skills
• High level of technical expertise and enjoyment of interdisciplinary cooperation
• Organizational skills as well as economic and process-oriented thinking
• Strong social skills in dealing with patients, relatives, referring physicians and staff
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
