MFA - Organisation of Occupational Health Care (m/f/d)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a medical assistant (m/f/d) at the Burg location as soon as possible for the organization of occupational health care on a part-time or full-time basis (at least 30 h/week).

What to expect

You organize the scheduling of occupational health check-ups (AMV)
You are responsible for maintaining the pension file and AMV documentation
You actively shape our communication around the topic of AMV (flyers, invitations, etc.)
You will work closely with Helios Occupational Medicine and external partners.
You will establish a software-supported pension file and a reporting tool

What you bring to the table

You have successfully completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), nurse (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification - with proven professional experience in a hospital or clinical environment.
You have a strong organizational talent and enjoy actively shaping clear and structured processes.
You work independently, conscientiously and keep track of things even in stressful situations.
You have experience working with different professional groups in the healthcare sector and always find the right tone when dealing with others.
The confident handling of MS Office – especially Excel and Word – is a matter of course for you. Ideally, you are also familiar with P&I's LOGA software.
You have the legally required proof of measles immunization.
