To strengthen our team at the Hünfeld site, we are looking for you as a full-time or part-time ward secretary (m/f/d)

• Assumption of administrative activities
• Documentation Assistant
• Admission and discharge management
• Deadline control/ organizational management
• Central point of contact for patients, relatives, visitors and employees

• Completed three-year training as a nurse or MFA (m/f/d)
• Professional experience in inpatient and/or outpatient patient care
• Computer skills (Windows Office)
• Strong understanding of service and willingness to work together in an interdisciplinary and cross-professional manner
• A high degree of initiative and resilience and strong cooperation and communication skills
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios St. Elisabeth Clinic Hünfeld is an acute care hospital with 158 beds. We care for our patients in the departments of internal medicine with palliative care unit, surgery, anesthesia/intensive care medicine and in an inpatient department of ear, nose and throat medicine. Our clinic is repeatedly certified as a local trauma center in the trauma network Hesse/Region East Hesse. More than 8,000 inpatients are treated every year.
