Your tasks:
- Financial planning and budget management
- Forecasting & reporting (preparation of monthly and quarterly financial forecasts for IT services, projects and operations)
- IT Cost Optimization
- Service Provider and Contract Financial Management
- Internal cost allocation
- Compliance & Audit (ensuring financial processes and internal standards, accounting standards and audits)
What you bring to the table:
- You have a degree in controlling, finance, business informatics or comparable training related to IT
- You have at least 3 years of practical experience in controlling – ideally in IT
- You bring analytical thinking to the table: interpreting complex financial data, identifying trends and translating insights into clear recommendations is no challenge
- You look at costs holistically (total cost of ownership) and enjoy process improvements
- You are strong in communication and stakeholder management
- You will build strong relationships with IT, finance, procurement, and leadership teams
- You have very good Excel skills as well as experience with ERP and BI systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI)
- Very good knowledge of German and English
