What to expect

Administrative activities: Administration and documentation of patient data, appointment and patient management, mail processing, organisation of consultation hours for general medicine and ear, nose and throat medicine
Support and billing of the services provided in the MVZ according to EBM and GOÄ
Implementation and assistance with examinations in functional diagnostics
Carrying out blood draws and other laboratory work
Preparation and follow-up of the consultation hours in general medicine and ear, nose and throat medicine

What you bring to the table

Completed training as a medical assistant or similar qualification (m/f/d)
Empathetic and empathetic approach to our patients
Ability to work in a team and reliability
Organizational skills
Willingness to undergo further education and training
Legally required proof of immunization against measles
