As of 01.04.2026, we are looking for a full-time Oncology Section Manager (m/f/d) for our Erfurt location.

• Senior physician in the Clinic for Hematology, Stem Cell Transplantation and Oncology
• A responsible job in a clinic with flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes
• Training and guidance of doctors in further training in cooperation with the chief physician
• Collaboration in the conceptual development of the department

• Completed further training as a specialist in internal medicine, haematology and oncology as well as extensive professional experience in the above-mentioned field of activity
• Comprehensive oncological expertise, organizational talent, empathy
• Experience in conducting oncological studies, tumor conferences and indications for molecular diagnostics
• High sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team even in interdisciplinary exchange
• Doctorate and optional teaching experience in a university environment as well as willingness to cooperate with oncological departments in the Cluster Thüringen Mitte
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

• A highly motivated and collegial working environment both in the Med4-1 clinic and in the interdisciplinary exchange between the various clinics
• A well-established oncology center with the development of structures for outpatient specialist care (ASV), especially for our tumor patients
